The Upgrade
IT IS OFFICIAL! WE ARE UPGRADING TO THE ALL INCLUSIVE BOLDTRAIL BACKOFFICE TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Over the next couple of months, we will be upgrading our transaction management platform to the all-in-one BoldTrail BackOffice. As part of this transition, we will close your WorkSpace account and All City issued ZipForms account as of January 14, 2027, and you will no longer have access to transaction files in those systems.
As we phase out WorkSpace and ZipForms, we will send all agents their BackOffice activation emails alongside important updates, a training schedule, and preparation instructions. Please keep an eye out for these upcoming communications.

Key Dates
OCTOBER 15, 2026
You will receive an email invite to register and activate your new BackOffice account. Once you have access to your BackOffice Account, please familiarize yourself with our new system, sign up for training, and test your new transaction management platform. Don’t worry, you won’t break it.
JANUARY 15, 2027
WorkSpace and your All City issued ZipForms account will be closed, and agents will no longer have access. All agents must be fully transitioned to BackOffice. Make sure all FINAL CLOSING DISCLOSURES have been uploaded to WorkSpace for closed 2026 transactions, prior to January 14, 2027.
