Effective June 12, 2025, the Authorization to Furnish TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures (TXR-2516) is now required on all Sale transactions.

This update is being implemented to ensure that All City Real Estate can continue to receive final signed Closing Disclosures in a timely and compliant manner.

Why This Change Was Made

Recently, our team has faced increasing pushback from title companies when requesting final signed closing disclosures. These documents are essential for us to properly close out transaction files.

Title companies have made it clear that, without written authorization from the parties in the contract, they cannot release this documentation. The TXR-2516 form satisfies this requirement and ensures that we can obtain these documents without unnecessary delays.

What You Need to Do

• This form is now required on every Sale transaction.
• It has been added to your All City Real Estate ZipForms account under office templates.
• Be sure to include the email ClosingDocs@AllCityAgents.com on the form as required.
