Get to Know the 1-4 Family Contract!

This course was designed to dissect all the major paragraphs within the 1-4 contract by taking a closer look at common errors and introducing the two new addenda and their uses. Completing this course, license holders will learn when to use the 1-4 family contract, the meaning and use of each paragraph, and how to fill out the form properly. You'll also learn the new update to the Mandatory Membership in a Property Owner's Association Addendum and when to use the General Information to Buyers and sellers Notice. This is a 3 hour CE course (Cost $25) Mr. Etzel is the president and and CEO of several different companies which includes, education, real estate, mortgage and insurance. In addition, he is a Senior Real Estate Instructor for TAR and NAR and has earned three law degrees. For over 25 years, he has helped agents in the real estate industry with continuing their education and enhancing their businesses. Teaching is his passion, which is why he enjoys assisting sales agents and brokers with learning new subjects. He also enjoys sharing ideas and knowledge to help businesses thrive.
