Broker Responsibility (CE – 6 Hours)

The “Broker Responsibility Continuing Education” course in Texas is mandatory for individuals who have sponsored Sales Agents, act as the designated Broker for a business entity sponsoring Sales Agents, or supervise other license holders. Its primary aim is to cover the regulatory aspects governing the management, operation, and supervision of real estate brokerage firms in Texas.

The course ensures participants gain a comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge of a broker’s duties and responsibilities as outlined in Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC), specifically under TREC Rule §535.2. This rule delineates specific requirements and best practices that brokers must adhere to professionally.

The course will go from 9am to 4pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
