Can newly licensed agents join?
All City does not sponsor newly licensed agents unless you join a team at All City and your team lead is a Delegated Supervisor.
What do I do if I need help?
All City Real Estate is a full-service brokerage firm. We have an administrative department, a compliance/contract review department, a broker support hotline, and more. Our custom-built app and private Facebook page also have a thriving community of agents. Whether you have a contract, client, tech, marketing, business development question, or anything else, we can get you to the right place.
What if I have listings with my current broker?
If you have listings with another broker before joining All City, you must fill out the appropriate forms and have your previous broker sign off on transferring the listings.
Does All City provide leads?
All City currently works with OpCity for agents that are looking for a boost in their business. There is no additional upfront cost for OpCity leads. Leads are paid for at closing on a 60/40 split.
Do you have an office?
All City has five office locations. Our central (corporate) office is located in Austin, TX. Our other locations are San Antonio TX, Highland Village TX, Killeen TX, and Jacksonville FL.
Can we use the offices?
You may use our offices to meet with clients during normal business hours M-F. If you need to use our corporate office to meet with a client, you must make an appointment 48 hours in advance.
