Through the work and critical feedback of the ACLA, All City can better establish a clear and relevant company policy that protects our agents and clients.

Meghan Pelley

Meghan has been practicing real estate since 2004. She’s a veteran of the Illinois Air National Guard, carries the brokers license, is a Pricing Strategy Advisor & a Certified Negotiations Expert.

She has received numerous awards within the industry including being named a Centurion Top 50 Agents in San Antonio by Platinum Top 50, Residential Sales award from the San Antonio Business Journal, rated #9 of all individual residential Realtors by the San Antonio Business Journal and over a decades long recipient of the Five Star Professional Award through Texas Monthly Magazine.

She is an ongoing member of Impact San Antonio, Texas Public Radio, is an advisory board member of Pilot House and is a member of Vistage International. She strives to serve each client they way they would want to be treated. Meghan is hyper focused on increasing the client experience, streaming the process and collaborating to get all parties to their goals.

Richard Olesch

Since starting his career in real estate in 1994, Richard Olesch has personally helped more than 750 families and individuals to sell and purchase a home or investment property and take advantage of the immense opportunities to create value in the local real estate market.

His repertoire of services include real estate investment strategies and project management, as well as seller and buyer representation in single family home, condominium and unimproved land transactions. With his wealth of experience in home marketing, new construction, land development, buyer representation, as well as being an active real estate investor and landlord, he is the person to speak to in regards to your future real estate success in the greater Austin area.

Lucy Tschirhart

My 30+ year career in the real estate industry started with 15 years on the title side working with real estate attorneys and title companies as an escrow officer. Ultimately, I realized that being “behind the desk” was not for me.

I was approached with an offer to be a listing specialist for the number one real estate team at the time and accepted. Because of my title background, it was sooner than expected that I could go off on my own from the team. Within a couple of years, I not only worked with buyers and sellers, but carved a niche listing multiple unit projects for builders/developers and thrived being an exclusive move-up agent for a top local builder. This led to being named HBA Realtor of the Year. I consistently ranked as Top Producer with my brokers along the way.

Two thirds into my 16+ years as a licensed Realtor, I found an amazing business partner to start flipping homes with and joined multiple investor networks; these served as a resource for flipping/remodeling, wholesaling, LTR/STR, etc. I have bought, sold and rented homes in many ways while maintaining my role and ethical integrity as a full-time “traditional“ Realtor. So, while yes, I am a Realtor, what I bring to the table for clients and the industry is my ability to think outside of the box. By adapting and applying all of the different aspects of my experience in real estate, I am able to keep evolving, growing, while staying relevant and providing the in the highest service to my clients and colleagues.

My personal and community involvement over the decades has been around heavy spiritual and inner work, the recovery/12 step community and making sure everyone around me has fun and knows how powerful they are!

Dave Kapur

My guiding principle is to ‘Help People’ and that is first and foremost to me. Be it customers or fellow agents. While I have been a Real Estate Investor for more than two decades, I started in the real estate brokerage industry in 2016 and got my Broker’s License in 2023.

I help clients with commercial & residential real estate transactions – sales and leasing – and also land sales. I am adept at Real Estate Investments and have helped many clients build a portfolio with a steady passive income. I believe in giving back and being involved within the community.

Kim Wilson

I began my career in real estate in 2005 after working several years as a teacher in Hawaii. I was drawn to a career in real estate based on the opportunity it provides for me to interact with people and assist with their relocation needs.

I’ve found that I have a nurturing personality, which serves my clients well during a very stressful transition in their lives. I have my broker’s license in Texas and I am currently a Regional Broker Assistant in Austin. I am an active member of the community by volunteering my time in the triathlon community.

Mindi Stange

I have been a realtor in the San Antonio market for 9 years, using my interior design degree alongside my Realtor profession, my teaching background as a realtor mentor, and am happy to share my journey with you on how All City became the best fit for me.

I also serve as a Director at the San Antonio Board of Realtors, where my gained knowledge will help keep you informed on the state, local and federal level with all things real estate. I am here to continually be an advocate for your advancement, and share my knowledge in this ever changing industry.

Jeff Wolfe

I have over 20 years of leadership experience in the IT sector for a distinctive range of employers, ranging from the Department of Energy to IBM and Lenovo, managing high-level, diverse service delivery teams. I have the ability to use technology to effectively market my listings while providing up-to-date market analysis and information to all my clients.

Tony Parry

I am a husband and father of three beautiful children and am dedicated to giving them the best life I possibly can. In college, I studied music performance, the double bass, and graduated from Boston University with a Master’s Degree. Music took me all over the United States and to Europe. I played in the Louisiana Philharmonic for several years, but wanted more for my family. So, we decided to move back home to San Antonio to be closer to grandparents, siblings, cousins, and friends.

I got bitten by the real estate bug and discovered how much I enjoy helping people with the largest financial decisions of their lives, as well as their most personal possessions; where they will make most of their memories as a family. I also discovered that I excel at being a realtor! I am naturally fun-loving, a meticulous and detailed worker, enjoy working hard, and have the highest ethical standards and integrity. All of these traits fit perfectly with what you need in a realtor.

Crystal Hawkey

Crystal began her career in real estate in 2009. With several years of property management experience and joining the side of real estate sales in 2018, Crystal has the knowledge to assist others in the industry to include clients as well as other agents.

In 2021 Crystal realized there was not enough training for new agents joining the industry, so she made a bold move to start her own team and provide one- on-one training for new agents. She has created her own method of training, based on building lasting relationships with clients and provides the necessary tools and knowledge for her team to succeed and grow within their careers. When asked why she would take this on, her answer is simple, she is simply paying it forward. She did not get to where she is today without some of the best mentors in the industry providing her with knowledge and helping her grow.

It is an honor for her to be able to work alongside new agents as she watches them grow and succeed in their real estate career. When you work with Crystal, you know you will be working with an agent that is sure to provide you with a one-on-one experience that focuses on trust, communication and dedication to you and your real estate needs rather you are a client or an agent needing guidance.
